As a fully qualified, experienced and accredited personal trainer and massage therapist since 1988, I’ve been getting people across the country fit, one body at a time. With results that last a life-time.
I started as a champion bodybuilder, powerlifter and fitness competitor ending when I became Zap for six seasons on the original American Gladiator television show. I have also been helping people with their programs online; which has been very successful.

I have since left Los Angeles and relocated to South Lake Tahoe and am bringing my knowledge, experience and inspiration to Paradise.
